The 2020 Lewis-Merthyr Band Dinner will be held on Saturday February 1st at the Heritage Park Hotel, Trehafod. Friends of the band, family members, including children, are welcome to attend.

Adult Menu
£21 main & dessert
£26 three courses

*This cost includes a small tip

Starter
1. Soup of the Day
2. Onion Bhaji
3. Cod & Salmon Fishcakes served with a sweet chilli dip
4. Cauliflower Nachos
5. Garlic & Thyme Mushrooms served on toasted sourdough


Main Course
1. Ham Hock - pulled and rolled ham hock served with pineapple, chutney, hand cut chips and free range egg
2. Atlantic Cod [GF] - battered cod, hand cut chips with homemade tartare sauce and minty mushy peas
3. Braised Beef Steak - tender beef served with creamy mash, rich gravy and seasonal vegetables
3. Caerphilly Chicken [GF] - naked chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto with crushed new potatoes and vegetables with Caerphilly cheese and leek sauce
5. Black Bean Chilli (GF/V) - a rich vegetarian chilli served with basmati rice and a tortilla basket.

1. Spiced Poached Pear with fresh fruit salsa (GF/V) 
2. Ice Cream and Sorbets (v)

4. Homemade Cheesecake
5. Warm Chocolate Brownie
