Judgement Day
Itinerary
- The band is required to arrive at the Principality Stadium, absolutely no later than 11:45am, in full walking out uniform, at the Ramp outside Gate 3.
- From there the band and choirs will be escorted through Stadium Security into the seating area in the bowl, after which the band will then be taken to their dressing room to store cases and change into stage uniforms.
* Please note that following recent events over the past 6 months or so, security at the Stadium (and all other sporting venues) has been significantly increased. As such, please refrain from bringing additional bags, etc. to the stadium as this will substantially increase the time taken to enter the stadium at the Gate 3 security checkpoint
- Once inside the Principality Stadium, we will be directed to the Dragons Mouth Tunnel for rehearsals, which will commence at 1230hrs. These rehearsals are scheduled for 1hr.
- Upon conclusion of rehearsals at 1330hrs, we will remain in standby in the Dragons Mouth Tunnel ready to take to the field at approximately 13:45hrs. This will be for the Game 1 Choirs and Band. Game 2 Choirs will be directed to their seating bays
- The Game 1 Performance is scheduled from 1350hrs-1405hrs, at centre field.
- Following on from the performance, we will be escorted back to the Dragons Mouth Tunnel to store instruments and change into walking out uniforms, after which we will be guided to seats to enjoy the game.
- Game 2 Choirs and Band are then required to make our way back down to the DMT at Full Time of the Blues Game. The production team will be on-hand to assist.
* Should the first game be overrunning through prolonged injury breaks etc. or for any other reason, we may be required to leave the stands before final whistle. As such please ensure that you are ready to leave by 70mins on the match clock.
- The Game 2 Performance is scheduled from 1634hrs-1648hrs, centre field
- Following on from the performance, you will be escorted back to the Dragons Mouth Tunnel for the final time, after which you are free to leave the Stadium or stay to enjoy the second game.
- From there the band and choirs will be escorted through Stadium Security into the seating area in the bowl, after which the band will then be taken to their dressing room to store cases and change into stage uniforms.
